Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your Flipactiv to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Only full-price, non-sale items are eligible for returns under this policy.

Non-sale items can be returned within 30 days, at the customer’s expense for return shipping.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@flipactiv.com to request a return. Please include your order number.
  2. Follow the Instructions: Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Shipping: You’ll need to purchase a return shipping label at your own expense. This can be done at your local post office. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Your Flipactiv is built to perform from day one. If anything isn’t right, damage, defects, or the wrong item please email us at info@flipactiv.com with photos and a brief description. We’ll step in quickly and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom Products: Customized or corporate-order Flipactiv products.

  • Final Sale Items:

    • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales.

    • Discounted items purchased during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or other sitewide sale events. These items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
