OUR STORY
THE START.
Flipactiv was founded by 28-year-old athlete and entrepreneur Aveeva. Her vision was created out of a simple belief. Activewear should work as hard as the women who wear it. Growing up as a competitive figure skater and high-level rugby player, Aveeva understood the demands of performance from an early age.
Later, as a personal trainer, she saw firsthand how many women struggled with knee discomfort during training and how bulky, inconvenient knee sleeves often became and many situations became more of a hassle than a help.
Seeing her clients constantly adjust, remove, or struggle with their sleeves sparked an idea. Why couldn’t support be built seamlessly into the clothing women already wear to lift, train, and move? Why couldn’t activewear be more innovative, more intuitive, and more supportive without sacrificing style?
THE MISSION.
That vision became her mission… to reimagine activewear with functional, integrated solutions that give women convenience, comfort, and real performance benefits. Activewear that complimented women as a beacon of innovation and support to guide them into their next chapter of strength and resilience. Flipactiv was built by a woman for women to help them lift heavier, train smarter, and feel unstoppable. This is activewear, reinvented.

FlipActiv was born out of sacrifice, uncomfortable ground, and perseverance in an effort to bring something truly creative to the high-performance world. It is one of the reasons why our slogan is ‘Push Your Limits’. It is because we believe that any great success requires that an individual or group of people push their limits, pass the difficult moments and the challenges in order to take their ability and vision to the next level.
We honour the challenging moments when an athlete must push through what’s uncomfortable in order to reach new levels of performance and success, because we truly understand what that means. We value those moments and those people who are a part of them with the utmost respect. Because it’s in these moments that we grow and change forever; and to us these moments are timeless.
